    Fill out the short project brief. Tell me what you do and what the site needs to do. Short answers are fine, and photos can come later by email.

  2. Who: Jace You pay: Nothing

    2 Get your written quote

    It lists every page and the full price. It says how many rounds of changes you get, and when the site will be ready. It also names any ongoing or outside costs, like your web address. It’s free.

  3. Who: You, then Jace You pay: $100, refundable

    3 $100 down for your design preview

    If the quote looks right, say yes. Then you pay a $100 refundable deposit. I use your details, photos and words to make a custom design preview of your site.

  4. Who: You You pay: The rest, or $0

    4 Approve it, or get your $100 back

    Look over your preview. Like it? Approve the full build. Your $100 counts toward the total, and I send a bill for the rest before launch. Don’t like it? Say no before you approve the build, and I refund the full $100.

You see the design first. Then you decide.

What your quote covers

Your quote lists what your site will have. Most sites get these:

  • Pages and menus

    Planned around your services, so people can see what you do and where to go.

  • Your own photos and words

    Arranged so your best work is the first thing people see.

  • Quote forms or booking

    A quote form, or the booking tool you already use.

  • Phones first

    Most people will find you on a phone. So I check every page on one before it goes live.

  • Going live

    I connect it to your web address, ready to share.

  • Your site

    Priced for what your site needs. I write every quote just for you. There are no set packages.

  • The $100 deposit

    It starts your design preview. It counts toward your total, and you can get it back. It isn’t an extra fee.

  • The rest

    I send you a bill before launch. There’s no automatic charge and no subscription.

  • Outside costs

    Some things, like your web address, are billed by other companies. Your quote names each one up front.

  • Help after it goes live

    I can price updates and fixes on their own. You never have to buy them.

Straight answers

Is the $100 deposit extra?

No. It counts toward your full price when you go ahead with the build. If you say no after the preview, you get it back.

What if I don’t like the design preview?

Tell me before you approve the full build. I refund the full $100 to the way you paid. Your bank may take several days to show it. There’s nothing else to pay.

When do I pay the rest?

After you approve the preview, I build the full site. I send you a bill for the rest before it goes live. There’s no automatic charge and no subscription.

Do I have to get on a sales call?

No. We can do it all by email, from your first note to your yes or no.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on what your site needs, so each one gets its own written quote. There are no set packages. You see the full price before you pay anything, even small costs like your web address.

How long does it take?

Your quote says when your site will be done. It’s based on what you need and when you need it.

What do I need to send you?

Will a new site bring me more customers?

No one can honestly promise that. I can promise a site that shows your work well and makes you easy to reach.
